About the Event

This workshop offers an opportunity for instructional coaches to deepen their skills and knowledge regarding coaching. Topics to be discussed and practiced throughout the series include: • Understanding the roles of a coach • Developing coaching capacities needed to transform school outcomes • Developing equity focused coaching plans • Establishing differentiated coaching cycles • Measuring coaching effectiveness The information will be based on the evidence based practice of coaching and will provide opportunities for participants to develop coaching skills, network and share ideas.
