What is DiscoveryX?
DiscoveryX is THE showcase for Ontario’s innovation ecosystem. This is your chance to get up close and personal with the latest homegrown tech. Unlike other conferences and tradeshows, you will be able to interact directly with technology built right in Ontario.

April 16 and 17, 2025
When does the show floor open?
April 16: 10:00am

Where is DiscoveryX happening?
Enercare Centre 100 Princes’ Blvd, Exhibition Place, Toronto
How long is DiscoveryX?
DiscoveryX is 1.5 days of programming, keynotes, presentations an exhibitor trade show and more.

When will the schedule be available?
We will be adding to the schedule on an ongoing basis, keep checking back for updates.
What’s the best way to connect with other DiscoveryX guests?
Your guest badge is powered by the Klik SmartBadge™ which will allow you to exchange contact information with a new connection with the simple click of a button.
Is there a dress code?
The dress code is business casual.
Are children allowed to attend DiscoveryX?
Children under 18 years of age are not permitted at the conference and trade show.
Can I bring my pet to DiscoveryX?
No animals are permitted in the facility. Certified or trained service and support animals are welcome within the venue and must be on a leash or controlled alternative.
Registration
How do I register for the event?
You can register online through our event website Registration Link.
What is included in my guest admission fee?
Your registration fee includes access to all programming, the exhibitor tradeshow, keynote presentations, feature areas, luncheon, and networking reception.
What is included in my exhibitor registration fee?
All Exhibitor booths include:- Standard carpet, draped table, chairs, waste bin and booth ID sign
- Exhibitor passes
- Lunch on one day of the conference
- Access to basic Wi-Fi
- Access to all theatre programming
- Access to networking reception
- Access to feature areas
- Link to your corporate website on the DiscoveryX website
Can I register on-site as a guest?
Yes, on-site registration is available, but we recommend registering in advance to take advantage of the cost savings and to avoid disappointment if the event is sold out.
Can I register on-site as an exhibitor
Exhibitors must register prior to DiscoveryX
What should I bring to DiscoveryX?
Please bring a valid ID and your registration confirmation either in the mobile DiscoveryX app or your email.
Where can I pick up my badge?
Badge pickup will be available at the registration desk between Hall A&B
Attendees can pick up their badges on Tuesday April 15, 2025 - Thursday April 17, 2025
Exhibitors must pick up their badges on Tuesday, April 15th, 2025 between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM
IMPORTANT: ALL BADGES MUST BE RETURNED BY THE LAST DAY OF THE EVENT, APRIL 17, 2025, to avoid non-return fees ($50 per badge)
Is Badge sharing allowed?
No, due to privacy laws, badge sharing is not allowed. However, you can transfer your registration.
What will happen if my badge is misplaced or forgotten?
If your badge is forgotten or misplaced, you will be charged $50 for a new badge.
Can I modify my registration?
Yes, you can modify your registration. Please follow these steps:
1. Go to your registration confirmation email
2. Click the "Manage Registration" button
3. You will be directed to a page where you can edit or transfer your registration
How do I transfer my registration?
Please refer to your confirmation email, where you will find a button that takes you to the page where you can select the transfer registration option and fill in the necessary details.
Alternatively, you can email us at:discoveryxregistration@oc-innovation.ca with the required information.
Please note, only guests are able to transfer their registration.
When will the exhibitor manual be available?
The Exhibitor Manual will be available mid-October 2024.
Food and Beverage
Will food be available during the DiscoveyX?
Yes, food will be available during the DiscoveryX.
Coffee is available while supplies last.
Concession stands will be open for food purchases.
Lunch and light appetizers will be provided on one day of the conference.
Payment
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit cards only.
Can I cancel my registration and receive a refund?
Registrations are non-refundable, but you have the option to transfer your guest pass.
Accessibility and Special Needs
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the venue is fully accessible. Please contact us if you have specific needs.
Are there accommodations for dietary restrictions?
Yes, please indicate any dietary restrictions during registration.
Travel and Accommodation
Is parking available at the venue?
Yes, there is ample parking available. Parking fees may apply.
