Implementing SANDI/FAST: Parts 1-4

Dates: 9/24/2024 | 12/10/2024 | 3/18/2025 | 5/13/2025 The purpose of the Student Annual Needs Determination Inventory (SANDI) and Formative Assessment of Standards Tasks (FAST) for students with intellectual disabilities is to provide training and direct support for the full implementation of SANDI/ FAST to teachers and support staff who are new users or require a refresher to update their knowledge and skills. We recommend that participants attend the full series (all four days covering Parts 1-4). Series includes SANDI new users administration for scoring rubric, calibration, Fall and Spring scores data analysis, flagging IEP goals, writing standards aligned IEP goals, introduction to the Performance Item by Level (PIL) charts, EL/ELL data analysis and reports, and FAST administration and scoring. Participants must be from district/agencies currently enrolled in the SANDI/FAST Online assessment program.
