AGILE 2025

The Growth and Innovation Award recognizes care at home organizations that have achieved significant growth through innovative strategies, expanding access to home-based care.

Criteria

To be eligible for this award, an organization must:

Be an Axxess client
Have achieved revenue/census growth of at least 15% over the past year
Demonstrate innovative strategies or initiatives that have expanded patients’ access to home-based care (such as through technology integration, community outreach, or service diversification)
