Jason Garkey

Jason Garkey serves as the Chief Security Officer (CSO) at Momentus Space, where he has been instrumental in guiding the company through compliance with the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) requirements. His leadership spans key areas including information technology, physical security, export control, and cybersecurity. Notably, his efforts culminated in the termination of Momentus’ National Security Agreement in January 2024. Before his tenure at Momentus, Mr. Garkey was the Chief Security Officer at Radisson Hotel Group Americas, where he successfully managed the termination of their CFIUS agreement. Prior to transitioning to the private sector, he dedicated over 27 years to the United States Army, serving in both domestic and international capacities. His final military role was as Senior Military Assistant to the Undersecretary of Defense for Policy within the Office of the Secretary of Defense.
