Hotel reservations will be booked as part of your registration.  Please DO NOT call the Sheraton Dallas directly.  The group rate for additional nights requested prior to or after the Innovations program is based on availability and subject to change.  For any reservation requests outside of the program dates, please note them on your registration form in the extension comments.  You will then be contacted by a Siemens Healthineers representative to confirm the rate available prior to finalizing your reservation.  If your registration package includes air, please note that your ticketing information WILL NOT BE SENT to an air agent until your hotel stay is confirmed.  

Please be prepared to present your credit card upon check-in at the hotel as you are responsible for any incidental expenses or charges. Should you elect to arrive early or stay any additional nights, the Siemens Healthineers group rate may be extended, up to 3 nights, based upon availability. These additional nights, including any nights outside of your hotel package, will be at your own expense; a credit card number is required to guarantee the room and cover any incidental expenses or charges.
