I have an access or discount code, how do I use it?

You will enter your code before you begin the registration process. On the main event registration page, directly above the registration selections, you will see a box with the prompt "Enter Access or Discount Code." Simply copy your code here and select the "Apply" button. Make sure to enter your code before selecting your registration type and beginning to complete your registration.

What if I have technical difficulties with the registration page?

We would love to assist you. Please use the contact us form and a member of the team will reach out to assist you.

How do I register a group?

We are thrilled to welcome your group to CSI. Please use the contact us form to let us know more about your group's needs.

Where do I check in for registration?

Check-in/Registration starts at 8:00 am and will be on the 4th floor of the McHenry Lobby of the Whalen Center. You do NOT need your ticket or QR code from your registration email. We try to keep the check-in process fast and easy. Just check in at the table with your name, grab your name badge, and you're good to go.

Where can I park on the campus of Ithaca College?

Lot F - After turning into the campus from Danby Road onto Alumni Circle, take the first exit onto Conservatory Drive. On your left, you will see Parking Lot F. From the parking lot, walk by the fountains or along Conservatory Drive to the entrance of the Whalen Center. 

Lot J - After turning into the campus from Danby Road onto Alumni Circle, take the first exit onto Conservatory Drive. Continue following the drive, taking the right fork up the hill. The drive will end in Parking Lot J. The Baker Walkway entrance to the building is no longer under construction and is again available for use.

Parking throughout the campus in blue and red lots is unrestricted, so if you are familiar with the campus, feel free to choose the blue or red lot you prefer.
