Bonus Day Shuttle Schedule
Grab and go breakfast available in the Fine Arts Lobby or Sufficient Grounds Coffee Shop is open for light breakfast and drinks.
If you are staying on campus housing, you can leave your luggage in the registration area of the Bethel Auditorium and pick it up at the end of the day.
Blue Devils Experience Shuttle
8:40am – Shuttle Bus for Blue Devils Exp. leaves Bethel University for Mishawaka HS
8:55am – If you missed the 8:40am shuttle, another shuttle leaves Bethel University for Mishawaka HS
If you signed up for another afternoon bonus day option:
11:50am – Shuttle leaves Mishawaka HS for Conn Mansion Luncheon
1:15pm - After Luncheon, shuttle will take attendees to the following in this order. You will need to tell the driver where you are going:
4:45pm – Shuttle will pick up at Mishawaka HS and bring back to Bethel University.
AM Factory Tour #1 Shuttle
NO SHUTTLE – All factory tour #1 attendees are driving or carpooling
AM Factory Tour #2 Shuttle
9:15am – Shuttle leaves for Factory Tour #2.
10:15 -11:15am – Factory Tour
After tour is over at 11:15am attendees to tell shuttle driver where they are going next:
*Please let shuttle driver know if you need a ride back to hotel or to South Bend airport.
PM Factory Tour
1:15pm – Shuttle leaves Conn Mansion Luncheon. You will need to tell the shuttle driver you are going to the Conn Selmer Factor Tour
1:25pm – Shuttle Drops off at Conn Selmer corporate for Factory Tour
1:30-2:30pm – Factory Tour
2:30pm – Please let Kevin Buck (Conn Selmer Tour Guide and Van driver) know if you need a ride back to Bethel to pick up your luggage.
*VERY limited airport transportation will be available via CSI shuttles on June 10th and 11th. Uber and Lyft are available in South Bend.
