Russell Flint
Since joining O.C. Tanner from the financial services sector in 2007, Russell has lived its purpose of helping people thrive at work. With an extensive business development and leadership background, he has partnered with some of Australia’s largest organisations, helping them drive positive organisational change with strategic, meaningful recognition.
Leon Butler
Leon Butler is the Global Director of Performance & Reward at Treasury Wine Estates. In his current role, he has been instrumental in developing TWE's reward and recognition program, which was recognised at the Australian HR Awards in 2023. Leon was also recognised by O.C. Tanner as a Recognition Champion in 2023. Passionate about reward and recognition, Leon focuses on creating programs that enhance employee engagement and performance.
