VAT: All prices are exclusive of value added tax, which shall be added to CRAC's invoice(s) at the appropriate rate where applicable.

Delegate cancellation: If you have to cancel, please email the details to events@vitae.ac.uk up to 14 days before the start of the event to receive a refund less a 25% administrative charge. Any cancellations made after 13 days before the event date are nonrefundable.

Delegate substitution: If the original delegate is unable to attend the event an alternate may register to attend in their place at no extra cost other than the difference between member and non-member rate should a non-member replace a member.

*All bookings must be paid in full within 30 days of receipt of invoice

*All cancellations and amendments must be made via email to the events team on events@vitae.ac.uk

*In the unlikely event that we must cancel this event our liability shall be restricted to repayment of booking fees

*Organisations must be existing members at the time of the event to take advantage of the member rates

*If you are in an EU member country and provide a valid VAT number at the point of booking, please contact accounts@crac.org.uk to request an updated invoice or a refund for the VAT charges

*Audio/video recordings will be taken during the event which will be used for Vitae promotional purposes. If you do not want your photo/video used for this purpose, please contact dataprotection@vitae.ac.uk.
