Southcentral Foundation’s (SCF) Nuka System of Care is based on relationships, trust, partnering, and the concept of shared responsibility. It is based on the understanding that patients (known as customer-owners at SCF) are in control of their health. SCF has received awards for its innovative approach and is recognized worldwide as a model for health care delivery, operational efficiencies, and relationship-based services. In this two-day training, you will explore the systems and protocols SCF has developed to create effective partnerships and integrate services; practice skills needed to improve team efficiency, satisfaction, and the customer experience through interactive, subject matter expert-led panels and sessions; and tour SCF’s clinical and team-based spaces.
