This form is for submitting your application to participate in the event.The event management team will review it appropriately.Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Once approved, you will receive an email approving the application. We kindly ask for your understanding.
[Participation Requirements]
■ This is an exclusively invitation-only event.
■ Mandatory requirements for attendance:
・ Official registration via the participation form
・ Presentation of your approved QR code upon arrival
[Important Notes]
・ Entry will be denied without prior form submission
・ Each QR code is valid for one attendee only
・ Digital display accepted (no printout required)
[Security Reminder]
・ QR codes are non-transferable
・ Corporate ID may be requested for verification

our company’s logo and name may be displayed on the official event website and related promotional materials.

【参加要件】

・公式参加フォームからの事前登録
・承認後に発行されるQRコードの当日提示

・フォーム未登録の方は入場できません。
・QRコードは1名様限定有効です。
・スマートフォン画面での提示可（印刷不要）。
【セキュリティに関する注意】
・QRコードの転譲は禁止されています。
・身分証明書（会社名入り）の提示をお願いする場合がございます。
