The Call for Proposals for 60-minute break-out sessions and the School Nutrition Walk & Learn Expedition Hall stations are below.  

We will be accepting proposals through July 15th, 2025.  

Notifications on acceptance of sessions will occur on August 1st, 2025.

School Nutrition Walk & Learn Expedition Hall

We welcome School Food Authorities, School Food System Transformation Challenge grantees and partners, non-profit, and industry members to submit a proposal for an interactive and informative station that will provide our attendees with hands-on learning experiences and sharing of best practices. 

We recommend that you download and complete the blank Expedition Hall proposal form prior to completing the online form.

Break-Out Sessions

We welcome School Food Authorities, School Food System Transformation Challenge grantees and partners, non-profit, and industry members to submit a proposal for an engaging session that highlights best practices in school nutrition programs.  Break-out sessions are 60-minutes in length.
