For TK–12 Counselors, Administrators, and College & Career Staff School counselors are more than supporters—they are leaders who challenge limits placed on students by circumstance, systems, or self-belief. Join us for the 2026 Spring Riverside County School Counselor Leadership Network—a one-day leadership event dedicated to equipping you with the tools, mindsets, and strategies needed to remove barriers and rewrite futures for every student. This year’s theme, "Leading Beyond Limits," centers on counselor leadership that disrupts barriers, challenges limiting narratives, and drives bold, systemic change. Featuring dynamic local and national voices in school counseling and education, this event will build your capacity to create outcomes and empower ALL students—especially those traditionally underserved—to pursue limitless futures. You’ll leave with concrete strategies and action plans to strengthen your counseling program, deepen impact, and elevate student potential at every grade level.
