Understanding the spatial dynamics of immune activation is critical for deciphering immune responses and optimizing therapeutic strategies. However, this has not been possible until now. We developed a high-throughput spectral immunophenotyping assay to investigate the differential spatial distribution of activation markers across lymphocyte subsets following innate and adaptive stimulation.
In this webinar we will present experimental and panel design considerations as well as strategies for analyzing large imaging cytometry datasets and discuss implications for immunological research and drug screening.
