Security Statement for Conference Attendees – Los Angeles
The safety and well-being of our attendees is our highest priority. We understand that traveling—especially in the current climate—can raise concerns, and we want to be transparent about the measures in place to support and protect everyone joining us in Los Angeles.
Our host venue, the JW Marriott at L.A. LIVE, maintains strict policies regarding guest privacy and safety. Hotel management does not grant access to outside enforcement agencies, including ICE.
In addition, we have arranged for enhanced, private security presence throughout the conference. This includes security personnel stationed at the hotel, reception venues, and other official conference locations to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all participants.
To further support attendee safety and ease of movement, we will be providing dedicated shuttle transportation to and from all official venues and site visits. We strongly encourage attendees to utilize these services rather than arranging independent transportation.
We will also be holding an informational call on April 9 at 12:30 PM PT to address any questions or concerns attendees may have. Details on how to join will be shared in advance.
