Calling All Fine Arts Administrators!
Calling all current or interested Fine Arts and Music Administrators! At CSI National. Administrators will engage in collaborative sessions designed to strengthen leadership, advocacy, and strategic planning within fine arts programs. The FALA (Fine Arts Leadership Alliance) track will focus on building sustainable systems, supporting teachers, and developing a shared vision for arts-centered school culture. Participants will also take part in facilitated discussions that address real-world challenges and help leaders create actionable plans for their campuses and districts.
