About the Event
Every coach needs a playbook! Anchored in the work of Jim Knight, an instructional playbook is an essential tool for translating research into practice. This two-day professional development is a must-have opportunity for coaches looking to enhance their coaching capacity through developing and personalizing their own instructional playbook. Additionally, each attendee will have an opportunity to partner with a member of our team for individualized support that will further impact the success of their playbook. In this two-day workshop, coaches will: • Understand the purpose of an instructional playbook and learn its components. • Develop an instructional playbook customized to each coach’s context. • Schedule time with a member of our team for individualized implementation support.
