Innovations for Healthcare Professionals, Siemens Healthineers annual educational symposium for managers and supervisors, technologists, sonographers, and related clinical professionals, attracts nearly 900 Imaging professionals, 40% of whom are managers, to share knowledge and learn from one another.
Join us for 2 full days of opportunities to build relationships with dedicated Siemens Healthineers customers who are looking to make an impact in their organizations and communities. Innovations Showcase Expo is where our customers gather face-to -face, get answers to their most pressing questions, and learn about new services and solutions to implement in their own clinical settings.
The Showcase Expo Booth Sponsorship encompasses a 10 X 10 exhibition space within the Innovations Showcase Expo. Furthermore, there are supplementary sponsorship enhancement opportunities, which are detailed in the following sections for your consideration.

Showcase Expo provides
The Innovations Showcase provides you with the opportunity to highlight your company and showcase your products to Siemens Healthineers customers in a casual setting. The Innovations Showcase is open to all conference attendees. The Showcase Expo is centrally located in the meeting space and traffic will flow through the Showcase Expo to general session, breakout sessions, meals, and more.
Investment $6,000 per 10 ft. x 10 ft. space
Each 10’ space will include:
• (1) 6’ Table with Black Drape and (2) Chairs
Please Bring Your Company Logo Branded Table Cloth!
• (1) 32" Monitor
• (1) Standard 120-Volt, 500-Watt, 5-Amp Electrical Outlet
• (2) Lead Retrieval App Logins and Wireless Internet Connections
• (1) Easel Sign with Exhibitor Name
• (1) Pipe and Drape Booth Package
• (2) Complimentary Conference Registration Badges.
Additional Conference Badges will cost $1,500 each.

Showcase Expo Hours
The Showcase Expo will be open during lunch and receptions. The hours are as follows:
Although Breakfast will be served from 6:45 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. in the Showcase Expo Ballroom, exhibitor booth participation is optional.

Please register below for your booth and any other sponsorships opportunities your company would like to participate in. By clicking on the ticket at the bottom, select the '+' to add a quantity of '1', and then scroll down to the section where you can click the sign-up button to finalize your registration and provide your credit card payment details.

Showcase Expo Shipping Information
As exhibitors, your role is essential in preparing your items and generating FedEx shipping labels. You will need to coordinate and schedule your outbound shipping through the FedEx office located at the Gaylord Opryland Resort. Please be aware that FedEx will apply a handling fee. For details on shipping information and associated fees, click here. The setup and takedown of your showcase property will be your responsibility. Please send your items to the address provided below, and remember to keep track of the FedEx Tracking Number for your reference on-site. You will also need to ensure the security of these items at the FedEx Office in the Business Center, where a FedEx representative will be available to assist you with both inbound and outbound shipments.
For those intending to ship items using a third-party carrier and requiring loading dock delivery, please contact Dion Wylie at dion.wylie@siemens-healthineers.com to verify the schedule for both arrival and departure.

Hotel Accommodations
We have secured a block of rooms at the Gaylord Opryland Resort, with a nightly rate of $307.50 plus a 16.25% tax. When registering for your Showcase Expo Sponsorship, please provide the names and email addresses of your two Booth Staff Representatives who will receive the two (2) Complimentary Conference Registration Badges. Should you require additional registrations, they can be purchased for $1,500 each. Once your booth staff representatives are confirmed at the end of February, I will send a separate hotel registration link for those utilizing the complimentary Conference Registration Badges.
