- Accommodations for two nights (for non-UAE attendees) – check-in 28 January – check-out 30 January 2025, if compliant with your company policy. If two nights is not compliant with your flight schedule, please ensure you select your number of nights you plan to stay in the registration form.

Early check-in & late check-out
Due to high occupancy of the hotel, we recommend to plan your travel according to the regular hotel check-in and check-out times.
This is subject to hotel availability and addressed after registration deadline.
Early check-in charges are as follows:
- Before 11:00 AM, the hotel will charge for the extra night.
- After 11:00 AM, rooms will be subject to availability. While we will make every effort to accommodate early arrivals, this cannot be guaranteed.
Late check-out charges are as follows:
- Until 6.00 pm: 50% of the confirmed room rate
- After 6.00 pm: Full room rate
