Event check-in and meetings are located one floor down from Lobby.
Children
Children of Directors are welcome, but there is no programming for children.
Accomodations
Lodging is on your own. We recommend the Hilton Birmingham Downtown at UAB in the Lodging menu above where the event agenda will take place.
Group Rate: $174 per night (plus taxes & fees) Note: Hilton Birmingham Downtown at UAB Group Rate cut-off date is Feb 10, 2026. Includes: Breakfast for 2 people per room. Complimentary parking. Hotel Airport Shuttle by reservation.
Lunches are on your own. Dinners are provided.
