About the Workshop

In this session, you’ll learn how admissions committees view early experiences, how to choose opportunities that actually matter, and how to avoid the “checkbox” approach that leads to rushed applications later. We’ll focus on helping you build experiences that show growth, commitment, and a clear motivation for medicine. This is a workshop for premed students who are a few years away from applying and want to use their time intentionally.
