    HOW IT WORKS

    PRE-EVENT

    Setup is simple. The email address utilized to purchase your Klik lead retrieval package will receive access to your company's Klik exhibitor dashboard approximately one week prior to the event. Log into your Klik exhibitor dashboard to add your onsite sales reps, set up custom lead qualification questions, and upload marketing materials. 

    DAY-OF

    Each and every event participant is outfitted with a SmartBadge at Check-In, ensuring that everyone can reap the benefits of Klik. Attendees are acquainted with the fundamentals of how to use Klik at time of Check-In. More thorough onboarding will be conducted in attendee orientations as well as during our opening Main Stage session.

    1:1 CLICK TO CONNECT

    Simply click your SmartBadge next to an attendee’s badge to add them as a lead. The badge’s wearable LEDs will light up to confirm that contact information was successfully exchanged. Then, simply open the CMP Events app on your own mobile device to rate the lead, answer custom qualification questions, and add notes about the interaction.

    YOUR OWN EXHIBITOR DASHBOARD

    Log in at any time to view real-time lead data, including captured leads, engagement levels, unique connections, lead ratings, qualifications, and notes. Plus, access a real-time sales leaderboard to see which reps are performing best.

    POST-EVENT

    Want to get a headstart on your follow-up efforts? Leads can be exported at any time, shared with the Marketing team back home, and synced with your CRM to expedite follow-up, enroll fresh leads into automated campaigns, and more.

    What is different about Klik?

    Klik Experiential is CCW's Check-In and lead capture partner. As such, you can expect the following differences in, and upgrades to, your lead retrieval experience:

    • Rather than contracting with a third party vendor, this page serves as your lead scanning purchase portal, and you'll work with the CCW and Bizzabo/Klik Experiential teams both pre-event and on-site
    • Through the Klik Experiential system, you'll have access to leads across your organization in real time via a custom dashboard specific for your organization
    • All representatives from your organization will be able to capture leads via their individual Klik SmartBadges, lifting inherent restrictions associated with separate scanners
    • No individual scanner/device rental(s) required, as all lead capture is integrated into the Klik SmartBadge
    • One flat fee includes access for all of your onsite representatives to collect leads
    • The Bizzabo/Klik team will be on-site at the event to support any and all lead capture needs throughout the event

    HOW IS CCW DIGITIZING THE DEMO DRIVE?

    CCW is doing away with paper Demo Drive cards and archaic stamps to lean further into the power of Klik Experimental. Participation is included with your Exhibitor sponsorship. Once you've provided a demo or had a meaningful conversation with a prospect, simply have them Klik their badge with any of your onsite representatives' badges. Attendees will earn a virtual badge and be automatically entered into the demo drive prize drawing for every 10 unique exhibiting company booths they visit.
