WE ARE LIVE IN
OVERVIEW
See how a Lightfield 4D upgrade can help you move from sequential z-stacks to faster volumetric imaging, then connect those 4D datasets to automated image analysis with ZEISS arivis for scalable workflows and a clearer path to ROI, all on your existing confocal system.
Biotech and pharma teams need 3D imaging workflows that deliver more data, faster, without compromising sensitive samples. The ZEISS Lightfield 4D upgrade for LSM 900/910 and LSM 980/990 helps teams move from sequential z-stacks to faster volumetric imaging by capturing 3D information in a single acquisition. In this webinar, you’ll see how Lightfield 4D can increase throughput, reduce photobleaching and phototoxicity, and support more scalable, reproducible workflows for live-cell volumetric studies, organoid assays, and high-content 3D screening. You’ll also learn how 4D datasets can move into automated image analysis with ZEISS arivis, creating flexible pipelines and pipeline-ready results for biotech and pharma teams handling complex, high-volume imaging data. We’ll also cover what to expect during the upgrade process so you can evaluate the potential return on your microscopy investment.

Dr. Kalliopi Arkoudi has a Master’s degree in Neuroscience from King’s College London (KCL), where she worked for three years on the characterization of interneurons in the zebrafish brain using confocal microscopy. She completed her Ph.D. in Inflammation and Regenerative Medicine in KCL, where she used various microscopy techniques including multiphoton imaging, FLIM, and FRET to study the importance of inflammatory pathways in the response of macrophages to injury. In 2020 Dr. Kalliopi Arkoudi joined ZEISS Microscopy where she uses her expertise in the development of high-end imaging applications for confocal microscopy and supports and trains researchers utilizing 3D/4D and high end widefield microscope systems.
