Catalyst Leadership Program Lunch
Come learn more about the Catalyst Leadership Program at the Catalyst Leadership Lunch. The Catalyst Leadership Program is a three-year, cohort-based leadership development experience designed to equip emerging leaders to create meaningful, sustainable change in their communities. Through three progressive phases, Design, Implementation, and Commissioning, participants move from developing a vision to putting that vision into action and ultimately being commissioned to lead with purpose and impact. Offering 6.0 CEUs across three years, the program provides structured leadership development across three specialized tracks: Social Entrepreneurship, Social Advocacy, and Social Services & Community Development. Participants will develop practical skills in leadership, innovation, community engagement, advocacy, and service while building relationships within a supportive cohort. The Catalyst Leadership Program was co-developed with Dr. Sung Kwon and Andrews University with credentialing infrastructure supported by the Winifred Stevens Foundation. Together, these partners provide a framework that connects faith, leadership development, and community transformation, preparing participants to become catalysts for positive change wherever they are called to serve.
