Governing AI: building trust and managing risk

Organisations are moving beyond AI experimentation and integrating the technology into core business functions. But as they do, concerns about data privacy, model misuse and governance are becoming more pressing.
Central to these concerns is trust: in the technology itself, between businesses and the AI providers they rely on and among customers of organisations using AI. Building and maintaining that trust depends on strong governance.

This event will explore how organisations can govern AI effectively to strengthen trust and manage risk while continuing to innovate. Discussions will consider what guardrails are needed for AI use, how businesses can ensure robust oversight and accountability, and how they can navigate an evolving global regulatory landscape.

Attendance criteria

The FT AI Forum Workshop is designed for senior executives from large organisations who are responsible for shaping, implementing or evaluating AI strategy.

Places are limited and subject to approval to ensure a balanced, high-quality discussion across sectors, functions and perspectives. Applications will be reviewed based on seniority, organisational relevance, company scale and alignment with the discussion theme.
