There is a lot of information out there about exercise and nutrition, but there is not much about how to properly match the exercise stimulus with the correct nutritional approach. By viewing this through the lens of metabolic flexibility - how your body can use both fats and carbs for fuel - you can get a better adaptation (strength, power, body composition). We will also touch briefly on the role of supplements and genetics in relation to metabolic flexibility.
