1. The email you registered with is your login. Make make sure they are the same.

3. Restart your system

To watch the recordings:

1. Click the "Agenda" tab
2. Scroll to the presentation you would like to view
3. Click “watch recording” button
4. The platform may ask  you to verify your identity. If it does, enter your email address and ticket number (found on your confirmation email)
