Where and when is the conference?
Location: The 5th Power Conference to ADVANCE Women in Utilities takes place in San Francisco, California at PG&E's Auditorium (245 Market Street, San Francisco, CA 94105).
Dates: 2-DAY: Monday, October 28 to Tuesday, October 29, 2019.

What is included in the registration fee?
Your completed registration provides you the following:
You are on your own for dinners, and are encouraged to discover San Francisco with fellow conference attendees.
Airfare and hotel accommodations are not included in the registration fee.
What sessions are included with my registration?
The agenda is all general session so you can engage in discussion with the whole group. No breakouts, so you won't miss anything.
How do I get the most value from this event?
In our experience, attendees that participate in every session, including meals and networking opportunities, gain the most value from the conference. Please plan your travel accordingly.
Can I purchase just a single-day pass?
Your ticket to The 5th Power Conference to ADVANCE Women in Utilities provides access to everything within your ticketing option. Single-day passes are not available.
Can tickets be shared with more than one person?
Tickets cannot be shared. However, you can fully grant your access to the event to another person prior to the start of the conference. All such requests must be submitted by email to events@utilityevents.com. Only requests made by the original registrant will be honored.
Can I bring a guest to the conference and networking events?
All attendees at the conference must be registered attendees who purchased tickets. If you travel with a companion, we encourage you to bring them to the Networking Happy Hour on Monday.
Are there student, government, group, nonprofit, or military discounts?
The current price for The 5th Power Conference to ADVANCE Women in Utilities tickets is the best and only available rate.
We offer time-sensitive discounts available that are the currently published prices. When those expire the price will go up. If you’re interested in coming, you should take advantage of these discounts.
I am traveling from outside the country and need a VISA letter? Can you help me?
We are glad to assist you. Your first step is to purchase a ticket to the conference. Once you’ve done that, please send an email to: events@utilityevents.com. We will reply with what we need to provide you with a VISA letter.
Will there be Internet access at the conference?
Yes, complimentary Internet access will be available in the conference meeting space.
Are meals provided at the conference?
Breakfast and lunch are provided on each day of the conference for all ticketing options.
What is the weather like and what should I wear?
Conference attire is business casual for all events, including the evening events. The average temperature in San Francisco is 70. Dress in layers as meeting rooms can be chilly. Temperatures usually range from the low 60’s to the low 70’s.
What is the refund policy?
Please be aware of the following cancellation policy: If you cancel after July 15, 2019, you are not eligible for a refund but may send someone in your place, or use your credit toward a future event. To transfer your ticket to another person, email events@utilityevents.com. Only requests made by the original purchaser/registrant will be honored.
Do you offer media passes?
If your media organization is eager to meet our utility audience, please send an email to events@utilityevents.com for further discussion.
Will session recordings be available?
We do not record sessions, though we will send you a pdf of each PowerPoint slide deck after the conference. Note that due to the sensitive nature of some presentations, there is the possibility that a presenter will choose not to share part or all of the materials presented.
How can we become an event sponsor?
Will an attendee list be available and can I have access before the conference?
Yes, we believe you should stay connected with your fellow participants. We will send a contact list after the conference. To respect the privacy and time of conference participants we do not offer an attendee list prior to the scheduled event date.
How do I update my registration details?
If you need to change the name that will appear on your registration badge, add your company name, or change your contact details, email events@utilityevents.com.
What are the dates for your event in 2020?
The 6th Power Conference to ADVANCE Women in Utilities will be in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania at PECO's Energy Hall, Monday, April 20th through Tuesday, April 21st, 2020.
