Martin’s career in marketing communications has spanned over two decades and his unrelenting focus on the customer has consistently been his main driver. His experience has covered many sectors, from utility and FMCG to automotive and retail. Martin started his career at Rapp, before joining CMW in 2001 where he spent 10 years, 6 of those as MD. He joined Partners as CEO in 2011 and has significantly expanded the agency's offering especially in the areas of UX, research, design and technology. Partners has consistently been a winner or finalist of agency of the year accolades as well as 200+ creative effectiveness awards since its doors opened in 1998. In 2015, Martin opened some new doors, those of PAA New York and he now spends time between both offices.
