We had a blast last year at Agile Israel 2014

It was awesome to hear what others are doing and get an updated view of the trends/developments in the Agile space.
I now have a lot to investigate/follow up on...

Discussion of cycle time, queuing, flow was thought provoking!

We most enjoyed the battles - Scrum vs. Kanban, Tools, Evolution vs Revolution.

We liked the short session format and the ability to choose based on our own interest from a wide variety!

The case studies were awesome! Detailed best practices, Examples, very informative and professional!

Great to mingle and meet people with similar as well as diverse roles in other organizations...

It gave us an opportunity to stop and think how things are being done in our organization and to think about other methodologies to implement in order to improve.
