SIerにてシステム導入を経験後、製造業向けコンサルティングファームにて、IT改革プロジェクトに従事。ERP、PLM、原価管理、DWHなどを中心に、システム企画、導入、保守運用などのフェーズを幅広く手掛ける。2015年にSHIFT参画後は、SFA、販売管理、PJ管理等の各業務システムの刷新・導入・改善に従事し、IT化の推進を担う。経営陣から業務担当者までの要望に応え、会社の特徴や成長ステージにあわせ、最適なシステムをタイムリーに導入することを心掛けている。 After gaining experience in system implementation at an SIer (System Integrator), Yasushi Oami joined a consulting firm specializing in the manufacturing industry, where he was involved in IT transformation projects. He has managed various phases of system planning, implementation, and maintenance, focusing on ERP, PLM, cost management, and DWH. Since joining SHIFT in 2015, Yasushi has led the renewal, implementation, and improvement of various business systems, including SFA, sales management, and project management, driving IT initiatives. He is committed to introducing optimal systems promptly, tailored to the company's characteristics and growth stage, while meeting the needs of both executives and operational staff.
