How do I open the Event OS copilot?
The in-platform event Copilot was designed to help organizers and their new team members learn and use Bizzabo more quickly and easily than ever! To get started, simply click on the Book icon at the bottom right-hand side of your screen! This will launch the copilot Help Hub on the right-hand side of your screen, allowing users to access the knowledge base without leaving the platform, go through product walkthroughs, chat with support, and ask questions to Bizzabo’s AI copilot on how different elements of their event can be set up!
In addition, when the HelpHub is opened, documentation relevant to the area of the platform you are in currently in will be prompted without having to search for anything.

At the bottom of the hub are additional resources with links to the full knowledge base, product updates, and an option to contact a member of the support team and the access to the digital onboarding.
