California Longitudinal Pupil Achievement Data System (CALPADS) Special Education Data Spring Roadshow
About the Event
We are hosting the 2026 CALPADS Special Education Data Spring Roadshow, presented by the California Department of Education (CDE). This session will train local special education data coordinators and Special Education Local Plan Area (SELPA)-level staff on the latest updates from the CDE. The CDE will provide the latest updates on the data collection in CALPADS End-of-Year 1 reporting for students with disabilities. -EOY CALPADS data submission and reports. -What's new for EOY. -Consolidation into EOY 1. -EOY data and the Annual Determinations Letter (ADL). -Monitoring reports and holding timely meetings. -Statutory meeting timelines. -Annual Determination Letter timelines. -Looking ahead to 2026. Participants are encouraged to bring their own devices. Who Should Attend: SELPA-level staff, district-level- and site-level special education data coordinators and staff are welcome to attend. CALPADS local education agency (LEA) administrators may attend only if space permits.
