The Second City customer experience creates an opportunity for customers to become part of the Second Citizens ensemble, discover the value improvisation can have on their personal and professional life, and extends the in-person Second City brand experience online. Marilyn strives to facilitate that experience across all channels at The Second City. Marilyn exists to empower sales and support the customer.
