Troubleshooting

If you're having trouble accessing the site or session, try using Google Chrome as your web browser.

If you're having trouble viewing the programming within the session page, try enabling Third Party Cookies.

How do I login?

1) Click the LOGIN button on the upper right-hand side of the Agenda page.

2) Make sure you use the same email address used to register for the event. Click ‘SEND’.

3) Check your email and locate and open the email titled ‘Confirm Your Email Address’ from ‘Event Login via Biz’.

PLEASE SAVE THIS EMAIL. YOU CAN USE THIS LINK TO LOGIN TO THE EVENT SITE AT ANY TIME. 

Click the ‘Confirm Your Email’ button to be logged in and redirected to the event’s Agenda page.

Once you’ve logged in, the site will keep you logged in for subsequent sessions as long as you use the same device and browser. If you happen to get logged out, you can always regain access by clicking on the ‘Confirm Your Email’ button in the ‘Confirm Your Email Address’ email sent from Bizzabo.

How do I join a session on event day?

In order to view session content, you must first be logged in. Once logged in, navigate to the Agenda page and click ‘Join Broadcast’ for the session you would like to join.

How do I move between sessions?

When a session ends, or if you decide to switch to a different breakout session, click the ‘Back’ button in the upper left-hand corner to return to the main Agenda page. 

You can then enter any other in-progress session by clicking the ‘Join Broadcast’ button for that session on the agenda.

PLEASE NOTE: If you do not have Third Party Cookies enabled in your browser, you will not be able to view the broadcast on the session page. Instead, you will have to view it in a new tab, which will then require you to navigate back to the event site in order to access other sessions. 

How do I join Spatial Chat?

We will be using Spatial Chat for all networking during this event. To access, please use the links found within the Agenda main page and session items. Thank you!
