    GovExec is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.nasbaregistry.org.

    After completing this course, you will be able to: Manage the data from customer interactions to improve future performance, gather feedback on performance from users, and name 2 specific actions from the Biden Administration’s Executive Order on customer experience.

    Participants will earn up to 5CPE credits in Information Technology. Participants will earn 1 CPE credit for each 50 minutes of participation, as long as they engage with three engagement checkpoints per 50 minutes.
