Zac McKenzie is the owner of McKenzie Investments LLC, McKenzie Custom Design & Build LLC, and McKenzie Real Estate Solutions LLC which specialize in custom home building, general contracting, and real estate investment and development throughout the Columbus metropolitan area. Zac has constructed and consulted on several commercial and residential projects with an intense focus on state-of-the-art building sciences, quality craftsmanship, and a desire to create a positive impact in the communities where he works. He oversees an internal team of project managers, site supervisors, architects, and designers all of whom share his vision for quality, integrity, and communication. In his spare time, you can find Zac working on his own home, woodworking, and spending time with his wife and two kids.  

Josh Davis has a decade of diversified experience in the Real Estate and Construction Industry. Josh has been involved in custom homebuilding, property management, general contracting, and project management.  He specializes in working with out-of-state investors and is knowledgeable in all facets of real estate investing. Josh believes wholeheartedly in honesty, integrity, and providing seamless communication to his clientele and strives to make all processes as simple and straightforward as possible. Outside of work Josh is a devoted husband and loving father and enjoys working on his homestead in his free time.
