Join Laura Gaskell, National Outreach Adviser at the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS), for a free, practical workshop on 4 November, delivered in partnership with The Access Group. Laura will help you make sense of DBS eligibility requirements, understand the different levels of checks and navigate your responsibilities with confidence. In this session, Laura will cover the different levels of DBS checks and how to determine eligibility, what regulated activity means in practice, the DBS Update Service and its benefits, and how DBS checks fit into wider safer recruitment practices. This is a free 90-minute session, including time for your questions, designed for recruiters, employers, HR professionals and anyone responsible for safeguarding or DBS processes within their organisation.
