Getting to Fort Collins
The nearest airport to CSU is Denver International Airport. DIA is about a 1 ½ hour (70 mile) drive from Ft. Collins via I-25.
Groome Transportation offers shuttles directly from the airport to CSU campus or your hotel. DIA also offers rental cars from most major rental car companies. There is parking available onsite at your hotels, however, guest paid parking is extremely limited on campus.
Driving Directions
If driving to Ft. Collins, after leaving the airport, you will take Exit 6B toward Boulder/Ft Collins onto E470.
Then take Exit 47 onto I-25N toward Ft Collins.
Take Exit 268 for Prospect Road and turn left at the top of the overpass.
Turn right onto Lemay Ave then left onto Horsetooth Rd. The Marriott hotel is on the righthand side just before College Ave.
Getting to Campus
Uber/Lyft is the best option for getting from the Fort Collins Marriott to campus.
The conference will be held in the Lory Student Center (1101 Center Ave Mall, Fort Collins, CO 80521) in the heart of CSU's campus, which is a 12 minute drive from the Fort Collins Marriott.
Fort Collins public transportation system Transfort is free for all riders. The MAX line runs north/south along Mason St and takes riders straight to campus.
For anyone who chooses to drive, there is extremely limited paid guest parking in the Engineering parking lot at Laurel and Meldrum at the North end of campus outside the Lory Student Center. Guest parking is $2/hour or $13/day.
*Please note: This is CSU's Homecoming Weekend, so Fort Collins may be busier than usual.
Reception at the UCA
The Cocktail Reception will be held Oct 12 in the Gregory Allicar Museum at the University Center for the Arts. It is about a 20 minute walk from the Lory Student Center through campus and the Annual Flower Trial Gardens.
