We are happy to announce the 3^rd Data Science Summit Europe. The summit is a non-profit event, initiated 2 years ago by Assaf Araki, Avner Algom and Danny Bickson. Today the summit is co-organized voluntarily by IGT Cloud, Intel and O’Reilly Media, in collaboration with eBay, IBM and Yahoo. The Summit brings together over 1000 researchers, data scientists and developers from academia and industry to discuss state-of-the-art artificial intelligence, data science, applied machine learning and predictive applications. It features over 40 talks of leading experts in these fields.

The 2017 conference will focus on intelligent systems and how they apply to the real world. The conference will feature a main venue and 4 parallel tracks for technical presentations, as well as a tutorial. This year we also have a separate research track, dedicated to recent research innovations. The conference serves as an excellent setting for participants to demonstrate the application of their work in rich real-world domains. Accordingly, authors were invited to submit proposals on a broad spectrum of research topics that include, but are not restricted to:

• Future of AI - Autonomous driving, Dialogue Bots, Intelligent robots, Smart homes and Smart cities
• Innovation in AI methods - Deep Learning, Reinforcement learning, Natural Language Understanding, Automation of Machine-Learning
• Big Data Analytics - Stream Analytics, Large scale analytics, Continuous delivery and DevOps in the analytics space
• Analytics use cases in the following domains: Healthcare, IoT, Education, Fintech, Cyber & Retail

Two years ago we started the summit with little experience in organizing conferences. We learned from each event, and this year we are delivering a very high-quality conference from both content and administrative perspectives.
