    Data Leadership in Action

For both seasoned managers and those who aspire to a leadership role in data and data management, it is critical to know what "data leadership" means and how to improve as a leader in a data-oriented role.  Often, data leaders struggle with developing the essential skills and capabilities that form the foundation for successful data leadership.

This panel will include several experienced data leaders and will discuss ways to develop and continuously improve your ability to serve as a "data leader" at any level.

Join us to learn how data storytelling, becoming a change agent, having a significant focus on the organization's business goals, and developing an expertise in various data management functions can enable you to move into or up in the ranks of data leaders.

Bring your questions, share your thoughts on the topics, and be ready for insightful and informative responses. Questions posed by the audience will be part of this lively discussion.
