Become an Exhibitor at EQTC 2025
EQTC 2025 will host a dedicated exhibition area spotlighting leading actors from across the quantum technology landscape. This is a unique opportunity for quantum companies and key ecosystem stakeholders to present their work, engage with a broad European and international audience, and contribute to shaping Europe’s quantum future.
The exhibition will be curated to showcase the breadth of technological innovation and global partnerships driving quantum advancement in Europe.

Who can register?
Registration is open to startups, corporates, research organisations, public bodies, and other actors actively engaged in quantum technologies. Priority will be given to those focused on developing and commercialising quantum technologies. Co-exhibiting is possible, including with end-users from industry or the public sector.
International collaboration and global outreach are integral to Europe’s quantum agenda. Organisations headquartered outside the EU are warmly encouraged to register, including those with ongoing partnerships, collaborative activities, or a legally registered presence in Europe. In line with the European Commission’s Quantum Europe Strategy, priority will be given to organisations headquartered in like-minded countries with whom the EU is already coordinating on technology and trade policy issues within the framework of, for instance, Free Trade Agreements, Trade and Technology Councils or Digital Partnerships.
Please note: Exhibition space is limited, and registration serves as an expression of interest rather than a guarantee of participation. The final composition of exhibitors will be determined after the registration deadline and curated to reflect the diversity of technological innovation and international collaboration shaping the future of quantum technologies in Europe and beyond.
The organisers will make every effort to accommodate all eligible and interested exhibitors. All registrants will be contacted shortly after the registration period closes with information about the outcome of the registration.

Conference
As an official event of the Danish EU Council Presidency, EQTC 2025 convenes Europe’s quantum community in Copenhagen at a pivotal moment for science, technology, and policy, positioned between the adoption of the EU Quantum Strategy and the forthcoming EU Quantum Act. Taking place in the vibrant and innovative city of Copenhagen, and during the UN’s International Year of Quantum Science and Technology, the conference is designed to foster collaboration across research, industry, and government.
