#BalanceforBetter – enabling customers, colleagues and communities to thrive ‘Better the balance, better the world.’ Bank of Ireland celebrates women's achievements on International Women’s Day, while calling for a more gender-balanced workplace, community and society. Join Bank of Ireland’s celebration of International Women’s Day 2019 between 4th – 8th March and mark this year’s theme #BalanceforBetter. Collective action and shared ownership for driving gender parity is what makes International Women's Day successful. To demonstrate our visible commitment to gender parity and to support our colleagues and our communities in this year’s International Women’s Day campaign, we would like to invite you to support and take part in a range of events planned across office, branch and community locations.
