Hotel Reservations:

Deposit:
On February 14, 2022 a non-refundable deposit of one night room charge/plus tax will be applied to the credit card you provided during registration. Each attendee will be required to provide corporate card information via the registration link.
Failure to arrive on the date of your reservation will result in loss of deposit and room.
Important Hotel Arrival Information:
YOU MUST CHECK IN BY MIDNIGHT AT YOUR HOTEL.
Failure to check-in on your scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of the full nonrefundable prepayment of room. An early departure fee may apply if hotel is not notified of an early departure prior to or at check in.
If you experience any travel delays, you must contact the hotel directly to secure your room.
