This starts with assessing individual situations and barriers to success and continues with coaching, positive reinforcement, and recognition. Team members will provide crisis management, resource navigation, and support services to help participants overcome barriers to their long-term goals. 

These services range from benefit application assistance to free tax preparation through the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program.
