Dermot Bannon
Dermot Bannon Architects
Dermot Bannon is a registered architect. He is best known for his role in RTE’s “Room to Improve” now in its thirteenth season and “Incredible Homes” in its third. He regularly appears on live television and radio, he has authored the bestselling book “Love your home” and has written for many national publications.

Sean Buckley
Head of Mortgage Origination, Bank of Ireland
Sean is Head of Mortgage Origination for Bank of Ireland and is responsible for supporting customers and colleagues in the delivery of new mortgages to the Irish Market. Sean works with all of the distribution channels within the Bank and engages with developers, estate agents and the wider industry in supporting home building and home ownership.
Sean brings with him a wealth of experience in mortgages across branch banking, brokerage and financial restructuring. Sean joined Bank of Ireland in 2013 and prior to this has many years experience managing retail bank branches, supporting customers on their mortgage journey and was also managing director of his own mortgage brokerage.

Gareth Noone
DNG, Director New Homes & Advisory Division
Gareth joined DNG Group Ltd 6 years ago having previously worked at Savills and Knight Frank in there New Homes Departments. During the past number of years, Gareth’s primary role within the DNG Group is to manage relationships and oversee developer client’s needs. Gareth’s background is primarily in New Homes and over the years Gareth has managed some of Ireland’s largest developer clients including Ballymore Group, McInerney Homes PLC, Hanly Homes Ltd and Capel Developments. Over the past three years Gareth has worked on a number of new homes schemes on behalf of institutional clients such as Regency, Bain Capital Credit and Richmond Homes. In addition to Gareth’s New Homes experience, he has gained significant experience within the area of developing and the implementation of disposal strategies for ‘marquee’ residential assets on behalf of both private and institutional clients within the ‘Private Rental Sector’ (PRS Market).
