HOTEL INFORMATION, TRAVEL TIPS & REFUNDS
Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) is 12.3 miles (30-minute drive) from the hotel, and offers a plethora of national and international flight options everyday. There is a flat fee of $30 for a taxi to the Loews Philadelphia. There is a shuttle service that the hotel does recommend called LA Classride for a $12 fee and they can be reached at 215-512-3913 (they prefer if guests call about 30 minutes prior to the time they need the shuttle). It is also important to note that the shuttle service stops at ALL hotels in the area, so it is not just for Loews guests.
Business casual attire is suggested throughout the Forum. Average tempatures in Philadelphia during mid-October: High 65°F; Low 47°F.
All requests for refunds must be made in writing to: firstname.lastname@example.org. Written notification received before August 31, 2017 will be issued a full refund via PayPal. Written notice of cancellation received between September 1, 2017 and September 21, 2017 will be issued a 50% refund. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations received after September 22, 2017.

All guest room rates are quoted exclusive of applicable state and local taxes and fees. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Valet Parking is available at $38 plus tax per day. Self-parking is not available at the hotel. Please note that cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival will forfeit one night’s room and tax.
