About the Event
The financial industry is approaching the end game for LIBOR transition, with just over three months until most LIBOR settings cease or become non-representative. This event will explore progress towards the use of alternative rates and consider the final hurdles that need to be negotiated.

September 30. This third event in the Derivatives Trading Forum series will explore how derivatives markets and trading strategies will be affected by increased global focus on climate change and environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues.
October 7. There have been a number of recent developments which have an impact on ISDA’s legal opinions. This event will consider the post-Brexit landscape and what this means for ISDA’s English opinions. Speakers will also discuss changes to the CRR requirements and the treatment of crypto assets in key jurisdictions and the impact on ISDA’s legal opinions.
