You are invited to a special evening conversation that grounds the work of justice in the life and teachings of Jesus.
In Luke 18, Jesus tells the parable of the persistent widow who pleads repeatedly with an unjust judge to grant her justice. This is a common experience for so many, both locally and globally, who are oppressed and denied justice.
The good news is that Jesus gives us insight into how justice will be established and gain victory in the face of apathy. The work of justice is hard, but Jesus is preparing his followers to be relentless in the pursuit of justice.
Join us in a time of worship, prayer, and an interactive dialogue with Pasadena Covenant Church member, Christy Mark, and International Justice Mission's leaders of Church and Ministry Partnerships, Leo Ackon and Miguel Lau.
